Use Java Development kit ( JDK 7 )

Use Eclipse Classic 3.7.1 with ADT Plugin for Eclipse

Android 2.1 platform, API 7 ( Virtual Device )

Export Package ( *.apk ) to Wellcom A86 Mobile phone work fine.
